Can I send bulk emails, campaigns or sequences?
Updated October 19, 2026
No. Breakcold is a CRM for one-to-one conversations. Every email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp or Telegram message goes to one conversation, and you send it yourself. There's no bulk sending, no campaigns or newsletters, and no automated follow-up sequences, and bulk or cold email sending is not planned.
What you can use instead
- Write to someone new from their record or with Compose: see start a new conversation.
- Reuse your best messages with quick replies, and add names with variables.
- Send at the right time with Schedule send, one reply at a time.
- See who's engaged with open and click tracking.
- Plan follow-ups with tasks: select records in a list and click Create tasks from selected records.
What you can do with many records at once
When you select records in a list, a bar at the bottom offers Export selected records, Enrich selected records, Create tasks from selected records, Set Owner, Bulk edit and Delete, plus Merge 2 records when exactly two are selected. Hover a button to see its name. None of them sends a message.
Using an outreach tool with Breakcold
If you run campaigns, pair Breakcold with a dedicated outreach tool such as Instantly for the sending, and keep Breakcold for the conversations that follow:
- Connect the same email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp or Telegram account to Breakcold, so replies land in your Inbox and link to the right record.
- Push new contacts or events into Breakcold with the webhook receiver or the API.
