Where do I find a meeting's summary and insights?

Once a meeting is recorded, its page shows the video with everything Breakcold wrote about it.

Step by step

1. Open Meetings, click Past and open a recorded meeting.
2. On the right, the Summary tab shows the summary and the Chapters. Click a chapter to jump to that moment of the video.
3. Click Insights to read the answers of your post-meeting template. To see another template's answers, click the template name and pick one.
4. On the left, under the video, the Transcript tab shows who said what. Search it with Search transcript.... Participants lists the people in the call.

Good to know

• The summary is written for every recorded meeting, once the transcript is ready.
• Insights run on their own when Auto-generate insights is enabled in Settings → Meetings, which is the default.
• Transcript not ready yet: the insights are generated on their own once the transcript is available.
• Not enough tokens: your balance ran out. Click Top up tokens, then Regenerate.
• Insight is not available yet, come back later.: no insight has run for this template yet.
• Summaries and insights cost a small amount of tokens, usually less than 1 each.
