How do usage plans work?

Breakcold has three plans, X1, X5 and X20. Each one comes with one usage pool for everything that runs on AI or on outside data: Chief of Staff, your AI employees, enrichment, meeting recordings and the API. The bigger the plan, the bigger the pool.

Using the CRM itself uses nothing: contacts, companies, deals, pipelines, the inbox, tasks, imports by hand and exports. Enrichment only counts what it finds, and person and company data read from LinkedIn is free.
The pool belongs to the organization: every workspace, member, employee, API key and MCP connection share it.
Two limits, shown as a percentage
Your usage is measured against two limits, and the app shows each one as % used:
- 5-hour limit. A short limit so one busy afternoon can't empty the week. It starts with your next use and refills 5 hours later.
- Weekly limit. Your share of the pool for the week. It refills every week.
Work running in the background, such as AI employees and scheduled briefs, can use at most half of each limit. It pauses first, so chat always has room.
When you reach a limit
At 90%, the app warns you. At 100%, chat, employees and enrichment pause until the limit refills; recordings already running finish. You then choose: wait for the refill (free), reset your week, or move to a bigger plan. See What happens when I reach my usage limit?.
Good to know
- Chief of Staff and every AI employee are included in every plan: there is nothing extra to buy to use them.
- See your limits on Settings → Usage and Billing, if you are an organization owner or admin.
