Which plan do I need?

Every plan has every feature, Chief of Staff and all AI employees. They differ by how much AI usage, how many seats, workspaces and connected accounts they include.

How to choose
- Start with the people. A plan includes a number of seats; you can add more on any plan for $10 per month each.
- Then look at AI. If your team chats with Chief of Staff all day, runs several AI employees, records most meetings or enriches large lists, you'll use more of the pool. The usage page shows how full your week is and what used it.
- Hitting the weekly limit often? That is the sign to move up a plan. A reset now and then is fine for an unusual week.
Good to know
- You can change your plan at any time. An upgrade gives you the bigger limits right away.
- Usage is shared by the whole organization, not counted per seat.
- If you subscribed to The Only Plan, you are on X1, at the price you signed up at.
