How are seats and connected accounts counted?
Updated October 19, 2026
Your plan includes 1 seat, 2 connected accounts and 1 workspace. The Resource Limits cards on Settings → Usage and Billing show what you use against your limit.
Seats (the Users card)
- One seat per person in the organization, you included, however many workspaces they belong to.
- Removing someone from one workspace doesn't free their seat if they are still in the organization. Remove them from the organization to free it. See How to remove a member.
- Sending an invitation needs a free seat, but the seat is only taken when the person accepts. If every seat is taken by then, they can't join until you add one.
Connected accounts
- One per active connection in one workspace: an email inbox, a LinkedIn, WhatsApp or Telegram account.
- The same LinkedIn account connected in two workspaces counts twice.
- An account that got disconnected (for example after a LinkedIn sign-out) still counts until you reconnect it, archive it or delete it in Settings → Accounts.
- Archived accounts, accounts being deleted and accounts of a deleted workspace don't count.
Workspaces
- Every workspace of the organization counts, except deleted ones.
Good to know
- Each extra seat, account or workspace costs $10 per month. See How to add or remove seats, connected accounts or workspaces.
- Your limit is what you pay for, not what you use: freeing a seat or deleting a workspace doesn't change your bill until you lower the limit.
