How do I use a discount code?

A discount code lowers the price of your subscription. You can enter it when you start your free trial, when you subscribe, or later on the billing page.
Step by step
- Open Settings, then Usage and Billing. In Discount code, type your code in Enter code.
- Click Apply. The discount applies to your next invoices, and the page shows it under Current discount.
Other places to enter a code
- When you start your free trial: click I have a discount code? on the trial screen. The code is applied when the trial starts.
- When you subscribe after your trial: click Add promo code, then Apply. The summary shows how long the discount lasts: the first bill only, a number of months, or every bill.
- On the plan page, when you change your billing period or extras: open Have a discount code?.
Good to know
- One code at a time. A new code replaces the current discount; if you don't enter one, your current discount stays.
- A code applies to future invoices only. Invoices already paid don't change.
- Each code has its own rules (which billing periods it works on, how long it lasts). If the app says This discount code is invalid or has expired, check the spelling, then contact us.
