How do I change my plan?

Move to a bigger plan when your team reaches its limits often, or to a smaller one when it needs less.

Step by step

1. Open Settings → Usage and Billing and click Update my plan. You can also click Upgrade on a limit banner.
2. On Choose your plan, pick a Billing period (Monthly, Quarterly or Yearly), then click Upgrade to X5, Upgrade to X20 or Move to X1 on the plan you want.
3. Review the plan, your seats and connected accounts, and the amount Due now, then click Confirm plan change.

Good to know

• An upgrade applies now, with its bigger limits. The price is prorated to the rest of your billing period.
• Seats and connected accounts never drop below what the new plan includes or what you already use. Extras cost $10 per month each.
• Moving to a smaller plan needs you to fit its included workspaces, or to pay for the extra ones.
