How do I reset my weekly usage?

A reset refills your 5-hour and weekly limits at once, so your team can keep going without waiting for the refill. It costs $50 plus tax.

Step by step

1. Open Settings → Usage and Billing. Under Reset your limits, click Reset now. The same button shows on the limit banner and next to the chat when a limit is reached.
2. Check the confirmation, Reset your week?. It says how the reset is paid:
   • all from your Breakcold balance: click Reset now;
   • partly or fully by card: click Continue to payment and finish the payment on Stripe.
3. Both limits are full again: Your week was reset. Both limits are full again. After a card payment, they refill as soon as Stripe confirms it.

Good to know

• Up to 4 resets per calendar month, on every plan. The page shows how many you used this month.
• Your balance pays first. If you had Breakcold tokens, they became a balance in dollars that pays for resets before your card. The page shows how many resets it covers. See What happened to my tokens?.
• Nothing to reset yet? A reset is only offered once your week has started.
• Cancelled the payment? Nothing is charged and your limits stay as they were.
