How do I see my usage?

Your usage is on Settings → Usage and Billing, for the whole organization.
On Usage and Billing
- Your plan: the plan, its price and when it renews.
- Plan usage limits: a bar for the 5-hour limit and one for the Weekly limit, with the % used and when each one refills (Refills in 3 h). Before you use anything, a limit reads Starts with your next use.
- Reset your limits: buy a reset when you need one, see How to reset my weekly usage.
- Used this week: which features used your week, as a share of your weekly limit: Chief of Staff, AI employees, Enrichment, Call recordings, API & MCP and Other AI.
- Billing: your Credit balance, invoices and payment method.
The usage page
Click See usage on a limit banner, or on the usage card, for more detail:
- This week, how much is used and how long the week has left;
- Next 5 hours, the short limit;
- Background work, what AI employees and scheduled briefs used, up to half the week;
- Where it went this week, each feature with its share of the week and a plain equivalent, such as ≈ 40 emails found or ≈ 3 recording hours;
- Balance history, every change to your Breakcold balance.
Elsewhere in the app
- A strip above the chat and a banner show up from 90% of a limit.
- Settings → MCP & API shows the API and MCP Usage this week.
- Before an enrichment runs, the dialog estimates the share of the week it will use.
Good to know
- Usage is shown as percentages, never as an amount of money or credits.
- Usage is for the whole organization: every workspace and member share it.
