What happened to my tokens?

Breakcold no longer uses tokens. Every plan now comes with usage limits that cover AI, enrichment, recordings and the API, so there is nothing to buy or top up to use them.
Your leftover tokens
The tokens left in your organization were converted into a Breakcold balance in dollars, at face value: one token was worth $0.01, so 1,000 tokens became $10.
- It never expires.
- It pays for weekly resets, before your card. A reset costs $50: with a balance of $120, two resets are covered and $20 goes toward the next one.
- It can't be paid out or spent on anything else.
See it on Settings → Usage and Billing, under Billing, as Credit balance. The usage page lists every change under Balance history: Converted from your Breakcold tokens, Weekly reset paid from your balance, and any credit from Breakcold support.
