How much usage does enrichment use?
Updated October 28, 2026
Enrichment draws from your plan's usage pool, like Chief of Staff, AI employees and recordings. You only use the pool for what is found.
| Data point | Uses your plan |
|---|---|
| Work Email | Only when an email is found |
| Phone | Only when a phone number is found |
| Search LinkedIn (finds the LinkedIn profile from a work email) | Only when a profile is found |
| Person metadata (job title, location and more from the LinkedIn profile) | Free |
| Company metadata (from the company's LinkedIn page) | Free |
Before you start
The Select enrichment targets dialog shows This week's usage: how much of the week is used now, and how much this run may add. For example: Uses about 4% of this week (≈ 120 emails). The estimate counts every data point that could be found, so a run usually uses less.
When a run may go past this week's usage, the dialog says so. Records that don't fit wait for the refill.
Good to know
- No result, no usage. When nothing is found, when the lookup fails, or when the record lacks the input a data point needs, nothing is used.
- Each data point counts at most once per record per run.
- When a usage limit is reached, enrichment pauses and records show Skipped: usage limit reached. Person and Company metadata keep running.
- See what enrichment used this week on the usage page, under Enrichment.
