How do I choose my default insight templates?

Your default templates are the ones Breakcold runs on its own: the pre-meeting one for briefs before your calls, the post-meeting one for insights after them.

Step by step

1. Open Settings, then Meetings. In Call Insight Templates, open Default pre-meeting template.

2. Pick the template to use for briefs before your meetings. Your choice is saved at once.

3. Do the same with Default post-meeting template, used for the insights after your recorded meetings.

Good to know

• The lists show published templates only: those of your workspace and those of the marketplace. A draft must be published first, see how to create a template.
• With no default chosen, nothing runs in the background. When someone opens a meeting, the first published template is selected there.
• Briefs are prepared 15 to 45 minutes before your meetings, and insights run once a recording's transcript is ready, as long as Auto-generate insights is Enabled on the same page.
• On a meeting, you can still pick another template from the Insights section.
