How do connected accounts work?

A connected account is one of your own messaging accounts, linked to Breakcold. Its conversations show up in your Inbox, and you reply from Breakcold with that account. You manage them in Settings → Accounts.
What you can connect
- Email: Gmail, Outlook, or any other mailbox through IMAP.
- Telegram
Who can connect and who owns an account
- Workspace Owners, Admins and Managers can connect accounts. Members and Viewers don't see the connect buttons.
- The person who connects an account is its owner. Only the owner can change its settings, its sharing and its sending limits. A workspace admin can't do it for them.
- Everyone in the workspace sees the list of connected accounts, with each account's owner, but not their messages.
- An email account can be handed over to a teammate: in Settings, Members, the owner clicks Transfer email next to that teammate.
Private or shared
Every account is private by default: only its owner can read its messages. The owner can share it with the team and choose, for each teammate, what they may do: read and reply to every conversation, or only to conversations linked to a record.
How many accounts you can connect
Your plan includes 2 connected accounts for the whole organization. Each extra account costs $10 a month. When every slot is taken, connecting one more opens Account limit reached, where someone with billing access can click Add 1 slot. Archived accounts don't use a slot.
