How do I sync my calendar with Breakcold?
Updated October 19, 2026
Calendar sync brings the events of your Google or Outlook calendar into Breakcold. It comes with the same connection as your email: you tick Calendar while connecting the account.
Step by step
- Open Settings, then Accounts. Under Email & Calendar Syncing, click Google or Outlook. Calendar sync isn't available with IMAP.
- In History Import, choose how much past email to import, then click Next.
- In Sync Options, tick Calendar. Keep Emails ticked if you want your emails too, or untick it to sync only your calendar.
- Click Next, choose who can use the account in Sharing Settings, then click Connect. Sign in to your Google or Microsoft account in the new tab and allow calendar access.
Good to know
- Calendar is unticked by default. Remember to tick it.
- Your events show in Meetings, in the list and in the calendar view.
- Recording mode in Settings → Meetings decides which of these meetings the notetaker records. Auto-create records from participants can create People from the people you meet.
Turn calendar sync on or off later
Open the account from Settings → Accounts and use the Calendar switch under Sync options. It saves on its own. Only the person who connected the account sees these switches, and at least one of Emails or Calendar must stay on.
If the account was connected without calendar access, Breakcold shows Reconnect to enable calendar sync. Click Reconnect and allow calendar access in the new tab. Your email keeps syncing meanwhile.
