Can I connect several accounts and choose a default one?
Updated October 19, 2026
Yes. You can connect several email addresses, LinkedIn profiles, WhatsApp numbers or Telegram accounts, in any mix. Each person then picks a default account per channel.
Connect another account
- Open Settings → Accounts.
- Under Connected Accounts, click Add Account.
- Choose the channel: LinkedIn, Telegram, WhatsApp, Gmail, Outlook or IMAP.
- Go through the usual steps: history, sync options for email, sharing, then Connect.
Choose your default account
Your default account is the one already selected when you write a new message. Your first account in each channel becomes your default on its own.
- Open Settings → Accounts and click the account in Connected Accounts.
- In Account Details, click Set as default.
The account now shows a Default badge. Click Remove default to undo it.
Good to know
- The default is personal: one per channel, for you, in this workspace. Your teammates choose their own.
- Set as default only shows on accounts you connected yourself.
- An archived account can't be your default, and it doesn't use a slot.
- When every slot is taken, Add Account opens Account limit reached. Click Add 1 slot (an extra account costs $10 a month) or Go to Billing. Adding a slot needs billing access.
