Which Breakcold address should I sign in to?
Updated October 19, 2026
Breakcold lives at three addresses. Your account exists only at the one where it was created, so signing in at another address looks like a brand-new account.
| Address | What it is |
|---|---|
| eu.breakcold.com | Breakcold v2, Europe region. Data stored in Dublin, Ireland. |
| us.breakcold.com | Breakcold v2, Rest of the world region. Data stored in Ashburn, Virginia. |
| app.breakcold.com | Breakcold v1, the previous version. |
How to find yours
- You created your account in the last months, or a teammate invited you to v2: you're on v2. Use the region your organization picked when it signed up. Not sure? Try both: on the wrong one, Breakcold usually shows Account found on Europe (or on Rest of the world) with a Go to … button that takes you to the right place.
- You've used Breakcold for a long time and never moved: you're probably on v1, at app.breakcold.com. You can migrate to v2 whenever you're ready.
- A teammate invited you: open the link in their invitation email. It takes you to the right address.
Choosing a region for a new account
When you sign up, Breakcold asks Where should we store your data? Choose Europe if you are on the European continent. Everyone else should choose Rest of the world. The region marked Recommended is based on your computer's time zone.
Good to know
- The Chrome extension asks for your region once (Select Your Region). You can change it later with Change region at the bottom of the extension's side panel.
- The MCP and the API use one address for both regions. They find your organization on their own.
- To move an existing organization to the other region, see How to move my organization to another region.
