How do I move my organization to another region?

Your organization can move between Europe (eu.breakcold.com) and Rest of the world (us.breakcold.com, shown as United States in the move). The organization's owner starts the move from the settings.

Step by step

1. Open Settings → Organization and scroll to Danger zone at the bottom. The Change data region row shows where the organization is hosted today.
2. Click Move to Europe… or Move to United States…. Breakcold checks your organization, then lists everything that moves and how long the organization stays locked. Click Continue.
3. Choose the billing currency. Moving to Europe, choose Euro or British pound. Moving to the United States, billing switches to US dollar. Click Continue.
4. Read the data protection terms, open Read the Data Processing Agreement if needed, and tick every box. Click Continue.
5. Check the summary, type the organization's name to confirm, and click Start move to Europe or Start move to United States.

The organization is then locked for everyone, with a progress screen. When the move is done, click Continue to eu.breakcold.com (or us.breakcold.com) and sign in again.

What moves

Everything moves with it:

• all workspaces and records;
• the inbox, emails and messages;
• meetings, recordings and transcripts;
• files, notes and tasks;
• members, roles and invitations;
• connected accounts;
• webhooks and API keys;
• the subscription and the token balance.

What happens during the move

• The organization is locked for a few minutes (at least 5, longer for large organizations) while the data is copied.
• Afterwards, everyone signs in once more, at the new address.
• Incoming webhook URLs change. Old URLs keep forwarding for now, but update them in Zapier, Make or your other tools. API keys and the MCP keep working.
• Billing currency follows the region: EUR or GBP in Europe, USD in Rest of the world, from your next invoice. Your current period and your tokens are not touched.
• The copy left in the old region stays locked as a safety net, then is erased 7 days later.
