How to install and use the Breakcold Chrome extension

The Chrome extension saves people from the page you're looking at into Breakcold, without copying anything by hand. It opens as a side panel next to the page.
Install it
- Open Breakcold CRM - AI-Native CRM on the Chrome Web Store and click Add to Chrome. The Chrome extension card on your Home page links there too.
- Pin the Breakcold icon to the toolbar so it's always one click away.
- Click the icon. The side panel finds the region you're signed in to. If it asks Select Your Region, choose Europe or Rest of the world (the one your organization uses).
- If you're signed out, click Log in to Breakcold and sign in in the tab that opens. The panel updates by itself.
Save a contact
- Open a supported page:
- LinkedIn: a profile, a Sales Navigator lead, people search results, a company's People tab, your network.
- X: a profile, followers, following, search.
- Gmail: an open email conversation.
- WhatsApp Web: an open chat.
- Click the Breakcold icon in the toolbar, or the button the extension adds to the page (the floating Breakcold logo on LinkedIn, Save to Breakcold on X, Save on WhatsApp).
- Check the workspace at the top of the panel.
- On a profile, review the fields and save the record. On a list page, tick the people you want and click Save … contacts to CRM. People already in your CRM are marked In CRM and are updated instead.
Other websites
On a site the extension doesn't know, it shows Website not supported. Click AI Scan to look for contact details on the page, or Enter contact manually.
Good to know
- The extension is for Breakcold v2. Breakcold v1 has its own, older extension.
- It uses the workspace selected at the top of the panel. Changing it also changes your active workspace in the app.
- Sales Navigator search pages are scrolled for you to collect up to 25 people at a time.
