How do I send the bot to a meeting that isn't on my calendar?

Join Meeting sends the bot, Breakcold CRM Notetaker, to any meeting from its link: a meeting someone shared in a chat, a call that isn't on a connected calendar, or one the recording mode skipped.

Step by step

1. Open Meetings and click Join Meeting.
2. Paste the link of the meeting in Meeting URL. You can add a Meeting Title (optional), for example "Client demo".
3. Click Start Recording. The bot joins at once and the meeting's page opens.

Good to know

• Use a Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or Webex link. If the meeting has a waiting room, let the bot in.
• The bot uses your video layout and the workspace's bot image. It joins even when the recording mode is None.
• The organization needs at least 17.5 tokens, enough for 15 minutes. Otherwise Breakcold shows "Insufficient tokens to start recording".
• While the bot records, click Start live view on the meeting's page to watch the call.
• To stop, click Leave call on the meeting's page and confirm. Recording stops at once, and what was recorded so far is kept.
• The Join Meeting button appears once your workspace has a connected account. Until then, the Meetings page asks you to connect one.
