How do I change the video layout of my recordings?

The Video layout sets how the bot films the meetings it records for you. It's a personal setting: each member chooses their own.

Step by step

1. Open Settings, then Meetings, and click a layout under Video layout. It saves at once.

The layouts

• Speaker view: focuses on the active speaker. This is the default.
• Gallery view: the classic grid of participants.
• Gallery view v2: an improved gallery with fallback frames.
• Audio only: no participant video in the recording.

Good to know

• Your layout is used for the meetings of your own calendar and for the meetings you send the bot to with Join Meeting.
• Meetings the bot is already planned to join get the new layout. A bot already in a call keeps the layout it started with.
• Recordings made before the change don't change.
• The layout is set per workspace: if you belong to several workspaces, set it in each one.
• The cost is the same for every layout: 70 tokens per hour of meeting.
