How do I bring my Granola meetings into Breakcold?
Updated October 19, 2026
If you take meeting notes with Granola, connect it to your workspace. Each Granola note then arrives in Meetings as a meeting, with its transcript and summary, linked to the records of its participants.
Step by step
- Open Settings, then Meetings. Under Meeting integrations, point at the Granola card and click Connect Granola.
- Paste your Granola API key in the field. It starts with grn_. Then click Connect Granola.
Before you start
In Granola, open Settings, then API, and create a Business or Enterprise API key. Copy it.
What you get
- Breakcold imports your Granola notes from the last 90 days (up to 200), then every new note as Granola finishes it. An edited note updates its meeting.
- Each note becomes a meeting, not a note on a record. Granola doesn't keep video, so the meeting has a transcript and no recording.
- When a note matches an event of a connected calendar, it joins that meeting instead of creating a second one.
- Participants are linked to records by email address. With Auto-create records from participants on, guests with no record become People.
- With Auto-generate insights on, your default post-meeting template runs on each new note.
- Private notes stay in Granola.
Good to know
- Once connected, Manage Granola in Settings → Meetings opens the Granola page. It shows when the last note arrived, or "Waiting for the first Granola note".
- Pause stops new notes for a while, and Resume starts them again.
- Disconnect stops the import. Meetings already imported stay in the workspace.
- If Granola revokes the key, the page asks for a new one: paste it and click Reconnect Granola.
