How do I get my meetings into Breakcold?

The Meetings page shows the events of the calendars connected to your workspace. Until an account is connected, it only shows a Connect an account button.

Step by step

1. Open Meetings in the sidebar. While no account is connected, the page asks you to connect one: click Connect an account.

2. Under Email & Calendar Syncing, click Google or Outlook and sign in. At the Sync Options step, tick Calendar: it is off by default. Then finish the setup.

Good to know

• Calendar sync works with Google and Outlook accounts. An IMAP account only syncs email.
• Already connected your email without the calendar? In Settings → Accounts, open the account and turn on Calendar. You may be asked to sign in again to allow calendar access.
• Once the calendar syncs, its events show on the Meetings page. Meetings only is on by default, so events without a meeting link stay hidden. See how to change the display.
• Which meetings the recorder bot joins depends on the workspace recording mode, set to External meetings only for new workspaces. See meeting settings.

FAQ

I connected my email but the Meetings page is still empty. Why?

Calendar sync is a separate option. In Settings → Accounts, the Email & Calendar Syncing card shows Calendar as On or Off. If it says Off, open the account and turn it on.

The page mentions Fathom and Otter. Can I connect them?

Not from your settings yet. Granola is the external recorder you can connect today. If you use another recorder, contact support.
