How do I filter, sort and group my meetings?
Updated October 19, 2026
Narrow the Meetings list to what you need: today's calls, unrecorded meetings, or every meeting with one company.
Step by step
- Open Meetings. In List, click a quick filter card: Upcoming, Today, Recorded or Not recorded. Each card shows how many meetings match. Click it again to clear it.
- Click Filter and pick a field, for example Meeting date, then set its condition. The list updates as you go.
- To find one meeting, type part of its title in Search events and meetings....
- Click Display. Under Sort by, the arrow button switches between Ascending and Descending dates. Under Group by, pick No grouping, Status or Month.
Good to know
- Filter fields: Status (Scheduled, Recording, Completed, Failed and the other recording states), Favorites, Will be recorded, Meeting date and Account (the connected account the meeting comes from).
- Meeting date offers is on, is before, is after, is between, in the last or next number of days, more than a number of days ago, this week, this month, last week and last month.
- Below them, each object (People, Companies, Deals and your custom objects) lists its fields. They filter on the records linked to the meeting, for example every meeting with a company of a given industry.
- Filters you add apply together: a meeting must match all of them.
- Not recorded counts past meetings without a recording. Upcoming also keeps meetings that started less than an hour ago.
- Sort by, Group by and the quick filters only show in List.
- Filters, sorting and grouping are part of the view you are on. Click Save to keep them, or see how to save a meeting view.
