How do I save a meeting view?
Updated October 19, 2026
A view saves how the Meetings page looks: List or Calendar, Upcoming or Past, filters, sorting and grouping. Switch between views in one click instead of setting filters again.
Step by step
- Open Meetings and set the filters and Display options you want to keep.
- Click the view picker at the top left. It shows the name of the current view, All Meetings by default.
- Click Create new view.
- Type a name for the view and click Create. The new view opens.
Good to know
- Every workspace starts with four views: All Meetings (the default: past meetings, newest first, grouped by month), Favorites, Next 7 days and Last 7 days.
- Changed the filters of a view? A Save button appears next to the view picker. Save updates the view for everyone; the arrow next to it offers Save as new view to keep the original.
- In the view picker, the menu of each view has Rename, Duplicate, Set as default and Delete. Drag views to reorder them.
- Set as default chooses the view that opens first, for the whole workspace.
- Views are shared, but favorites are not: the Favorites view shows each person their own starred meetings.
