How does the free trial work?

Every new organization starts with a 14-day free trial with full access to Breakcold.
Starting the trial
- When you create your organization, choose a billing period (monthly, quarterly or yearly) and click Start 14-day free trial.
- A card is required. It is held, not charged, during the trial.
- Have a discount code? Click I have a discount code? before you start: it is applied when the trial starts.
During the trial
- You get 250 tokens to try enrichment, recordings and AI features.
- The plan's limits apply: 1 workspace, 2 connected accounts and 1 seat.
- On Settings → Usage and Billing, the plan shows Trial ends on and the date.
When the trial ends
- Your card is charged for the billing period you chose and your plan starts, with its full token allowance (1,500 per month).
- Want to start now? Click End Trial & Activate Plan on the billing page to pay today and get the full token allowance right away.
- Don't want to continue? Cancel your free trial before it ends: you keep access until the end date and aren't charged.
If the payment doesn't go through
The organization is paused and its members see Your free trial has ended. Your data is kept. An owner or admin can subscribe again from that screen. The screen may also offer Try 7 more days, with 250 more tokens, at most once every 6 months: after those 7 days, the subscription starts and is charged unless you cancel before.
