How do I delete a workspace?

Deleting a workspace removes its records, inbox, connected accounts and everything else inside it, for every member. Your other workspaces and the subscription are not affected.

Step by step

1. Open Settings, then General. In Danger zone, click Delete workspace. In the dialog, type the name of the workspace to confirm and click Delete workspace.

Good to know

• Members lose access to that workspace at once. They stay in the organization and keep their other workspaces.
• Its connected accounts stop counting toward your plan.
• Deleting a workspace doesn't lower the number of workspaces you pay for. To stop paying for it, lower the limit afterwards: see How to add or remove seats, connected accounts or workspaces.
