How do I delete my organization and all its data?

Deleting your organization erases everything in it: workspaces, contacts, deals, notes, tasks, files, connected accounts and their messages, recordings and transcripts. It also cancels the subscription. You do it by deleting the organization's last workspace.

Step by step

1. If your organization has several workspaces, delete the others first. In the last workspace, open Settings, then General, and click Delete workspace in Danger zone. Then type the workspace name to confirm and click Delete organization in 6 hours.

What happens next

• Now: everyone in the organization is signed out, on every device.
• Right after: owners and admins get an email, "Your organization will be deleted in 6 hours", with a link to cancel.
• During the 6 hours: signing in shows Scheduled for deletion with a countdown. Owners and admins can click Cancel deletion; other members are asked to contact them.
• After 6 hours: the organization and all its data are permanently deleted, its subscription is canceled and its tokens are lost.

Good to know

• Canceling the deletion keeps everything as it was. If the subscription was already canceled, subscribe again from the billing page.
• Only want to stop paying? Cancel your subscription instead: your data stays for a while.
