How do I delete my Breakcold account?

Your Breakcold user account (your sign-in) is separate from your organization (the company account with the data and the subscription). There is no button yet to delete your own user account, or to leave an organization by yourself. Here is what to do instead.

If you own the organization

1. To stop paying, cancel your subscription.
2. To erase the data, delete your organization.
3. To also delete your user account, contact our support team from the chat in the app, signed in with the account to delete.

If you are a member of someone else's organization

Ask an owner or admin of that organization to remove you. See How to remove a member. To also delete your user account, contact our support team.

Good to know

• Deleting an organization doesn't delete the user accounts of its members: they can still sign in and join or create other organizations.
• Removing someone from an organization doesn't delete their user account either.
