How do I cancel my free trial?

Cancel your trial before it ends if you don't want to continue. Your card is not charged, and you keep access until the last day of the trial.
Step by step
- Open Settings → Usage and Billing. Under your plan, click Cancel free trial.
- In Cancel free trial?, answer Why are you canceling your trial? in at least 2 words.
- Click Yes, cancel trial.
The plan then shows Trial cancels on and the date.
Good to know
- Changed your mind? Click Resume Subscription on the same page before the trial ends: your plan starts at the end of the trial as planned.
- After the end date, you lose access to the organization. Your data is not deleted right away: see What happens to my data after I cancel?
