How do I add a view to my favorites?

Favorites put the views you use most in your sidebar, one click away from anywhere in Breakcold. They are personal: your favorites don't change anyone else's sidebar.

Step by step

1. Open People (or any other object) and click the name of the current view at the top left.

2. Pick the view you want to keep at hand, for example 0 conversations.

3. Click the star next to the view name (its tooltip reads Add to favorites). The view appears under Favorites in your sidebar.

Good to know

• A filled star means the view is already in your favorites. Click it again (Remove from favorites) to take it out. The view itself stays.
• Favorites can come from any object: People, Companies, Deals and your own objects. Each one shows the icon of its object and the name of the view.
• Drag a favorite up or down in the sidebar to reorder it. Click Favorites to fold or unfold the section.
• The Favorites section only shows once you have at least one favorite.
• A favorite opens the view as it is saved for the workspace. If someone changes or deletes the view, your favorite follows: a deleted view disappears from everyone's favorites.
• The star is greyed out on the built-in view an object shows before it has any saved view (Default views cannot be favorited). Save it as a new view first.
