I have a lifetime deal (AppSumo). Can I move to v2?

Not on your own. When an owner or admin of a v1 organization is on a lifetime deal (AppSumo or similar), the migration stops at the first step with Lifetime deal organization: "it cannot be migrated automatically".

To move to v2, contact Breakcold support in the chat: open Help center at the bottom of the sidebar, then click Chat with us. The team reviews your organization and runs the migration for you.

Good to know

• Your lifetime deal applies to Breakcold v1. v1 keeps working at app.breakcold.com: you don't have to move.
• The MCP, the new API and the AI employees exist only in v2.
