What is different in Breakcold v2 compared to v1?

Breakcold v2 is a full rewrite of Breakcold, at eu.breakcold.com and us.breakcold.com. Breakcold v1 stays at app.breakcold.com. They are separate apps with separate accounts.

New in v2

• MCP: work in your CRM from Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor.
• A new API and webhooks to connect any tool.
• AI CRM employees that create contacts and follow-ups for you.
• Custom objects, formulas and unique identifiers to shape the CRM around your business.
• Two data regions: Europe and Rest of the world. See EU or US: which region should I choose?
• A new Chrome extension to save leads from LinkedIn, X, Gmail and WhatsApp Web.

Not in v2

• Engagement feed: the feed of your prospects' LinkedIn posts, with liking and commenting, is not in v2.

If your team relies on it every day, stay on v1 for now: nobody is forced to move.

Good to know

• v1 and v2 each have their own Chrome extension. For v2, install Breakcold CRM - AI-Native CRM.
• v1 API integrations don't work with v2. Rebuild them on the v2 API.
