Can I build custom reports?

Breakcold has no report builder: you can't create charts or change the cards of the Daily brief. Here is what you can use instead.
In the app
- The Daily brief: six numbers for any date range, with a breakdown by channel, member or account for Sent, Received and Reply rate.
- Pipeline totals: on a kanban view of Deals, the header shows Total, Open, Won and Lost values. They follow the view's filters and search, so a filter on the owner gives you one salesperson's pipeline.
- Record counts: the number next to the object's name, such as People (18), counts the records that match your filters. Save the filters as a view to check the count again later.
- CSV export: export a view or a selection, then build any report in a spreadsheet.
With an AI assistant or your own code
- MCP: connect Breakcold to Claude, ChatGPT or another assistant and ask in plain words, for example "Count my won deals by owner this quarter". The assistant reads your records, tasks, notes, conversations and meetings, then builds the table or the chart. Set it up in Settings → MCP & API.
- API: read the same data from your own scripts or tools.
Good to know
- Pipeline totals appear on wide screens, once the view holds deals with a value.
- Custom activities can be created through the MCP and the API, but not read back.
