How are the Daily brief numbers calculated?
Updated October 19, 2026
The six cards at the top of the Daily brief count the whole workspace over the date range you pick. The owner selector doesn't change them.
Pipeline value
The total Deal Value of deals in an open stage at the end of the range. A stage is open when it isn't marked as won or lost in your pipeline. Deals with no stage or no value aren't counted. Its details show BY STAGE, Weighted (each stage's value multiplied by its probability) and Win rate (won deals out of won and lost deals).
Won in period
The total Deal Value of deals that moved into a won stage during the range. A won deal whose value you change during the range counts too. For month ranges the card reads Won this month, for year ranges Won this year. Its details show TOP WINS, Avg deal and Biggest.
Meetings
Calendar meetings that start in the range and have a video link or a recording, upcoming ones included. Cancelled meetings don't count, and a meeting several teammates attend counts once. Its details show the MEETING BOOKED RATE: meetings booked compared with the messages sent in the range.
Reply rate
Out of the conversations where your team sent at least one message during the range, the share where the contact wrote back after that first message. Each contact counts once, whether they replied once or 50 times.
Sent and Received
The messages sent and received during the range, on every channel: Email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and Telegram. Only conversations linked to a record count. The history imported when you connect an account and emoji reactions don't.
The change under each number
Each card compares the range with the period of the same length right before it: Today with yesterday, Last 7 days with the 7 days before. Money shows a change in percent, counts show the difference, and Reply rate shows points (pt). On money cards, new means the previous period was at zero.
Good to know
- The tooltips of Sent, Received and Reply rate speak of emails, but every channel counts.
- Won and lost stages come from your pipeline settings. If no stage is marked as won, Won in period stays at zero.
- Deals in several currencies show the main currency on the card and the others under it.
- A number can be up to 5 minutes old.
