- What is Chief of Staff?Chief of Staff is the AI assistant built into Breakcold: ask it about your CRM, let it prepare replies and updates in Tasks, and approve what goes out.
- How do Chief of Staff permissions and approvals work?In Ask mode, Chief of Staff shows a card before every change, send or deletion; you apply, edit or cancel it, and most changes can be undone.
Tasks
- How does the Chief of Staff Tasks list work?Your tasks lists the replies, follow-ups, field updates, new deals, duplicates and meeting prep Chief of Staff prepared; approve, edit, snooze or dismiss each one.
- What does Chief of Staff do on its own?For each kind of work, choose Auto, Ask me or Off; Auto send, field mapping, quiet hours and notifications are set in the same place.
