How much does enrichment cost?
Updated October 19, 2026
Enrichment is paid in tokens from your organization's balance. Each data point has a fixed price, and you pay it only when that data point is found.
| Data point | Cost |
|---|---|
| Work Email | 10 tokens |
| Phone | 80 tokens |
| Search LinkedIn (finds the LinkedIn profile from a work email) | 10 tokens |
| Person metadata (job title, location and more from the LinkedIn profile) | 0 tokens |
| Company metadata (from the company's LinkedIn page) | 0 tokens |
The same prices show next to each switch in Settings → Enrichment and in the Select enrichment targets dialog.
Good to know
- No result, no charge. When nothing is found, when the lookup fails, or when the record lacks the input a data point needs, no tokens are taken.
- Each data point is charged at most once per record per run.
- Before you start a run from the dialog, it shows the Estimated cost, your Current balance and the Balance after. The estimate counts every data point that can run, so what you pay is the same or less.
- When your balance can't cover a run, it doesn't start: the dialog shows Not enough credits with a link to top up, and automatic enrichment skips the record.
- A free target (Person or Company metadata) still runs on a balance of 0.
FAQ
Why is metadata free but Search LinkedIn is not?
Metadata reads a LinkedIn URL the record already has. Search LinkedIn first has to find that URL from a work email, which is the paid step.
Where do I see the tokens enrichment used?
In Settings → Usage and Billing, under Transaction History. Enrichment charges are listed as Contact Enrichment.
