How do I connect Breakcold to Zapier, Make, n8n or Pabbly?
Updated October 19, 2026
On Zapier, search for Breakcold and connect it with an API key from Settings → MCP & API. The Breakcold app on Zapier has triggers for Breakcold events (a record created, a task completed…) and actions that create, update and find records.
Make, n8n, Pabbly and other platforms connect to Breakcold through webhooks and the REST API. Both work with any platform that has a webhook step or an HTTP request step.
Step by step
- Open Settings, then Webhooks. Use Webhook Receiver to send data into Breakcold, and Webhook Sender to send Breakcold events to your platform.
- To call the REST API instead, open Settings, then MCP & API, and click Manage API keys.
- Click Create key, give the key a Name, pick only the Scopes your automation needs, and click Create personal key. Copy the key right away and paste it in your platform.
Into Breakcold
- Webhook Receiver: create an endpoint, copy its URL, and paste it in your platform's webhook or HTTP request step. Each payload creates or updates a record. See Webhook Receiver.
- REST API: send requests with the key as a bearer token (
Authorization: Bearer YOUR_KEY). Endpoints are in the API docs.
Out of Breakcold
- Webhook Sender: choose the events to send (a record created, a task completed…) and paste your platform's webhook URL as the endpoint. See Webhook Sender.
Good to know
- An API key acts as you. It only reaches the scopes and workspaces you gave it, and you can delete it at any time.
- A Webhook Receiver in manual mapping costs no tokens. Smart mapping uses AI tokens on every webhook received.
- To let an AI assistant work in your CRM, use MCP instead of an API key.
FAQ
My Zapier, Make or Pabbly connection from Breakcold v1 stopped working. Why?
Breakcold v2 has its own API and its own keys, so connections made for v1 don't work with v2. Create a new API key or a new webhook in v2, then update each automation to use it.
Can I filter which records are sent?
The Webhook Sender filters by event and by object type. To filter on a field value, add a filter step in your automation platform.
