How do I connect Aircall, Ringover or JustCall?
Updated October 19, 2026
Connect your phone provider once for the whole workspace. Your calls then sync into Breakcold, and members can call from the app.
Step by step
- Open Settings, then Calling. The Connections section lists the phone providers.
- Point at your provider's card and click Connect with API key. Enter the credentials it asks for, choose how far back to import your calls, and click the button that connects your provider.
What each provider asks for
- Aircall: your API ID and API token. Click Next, choose How far back to import (7, 30 or 90 days, or 12 months), then click Connect with API key.
- Ringover: an administrator Ringover API key and the Data region (Europe or United States). Click Next, choose the period, then click Connect Ringover.
- JustCall: your JustCall API key and JustCall API secret, found in JustCall under the user menu, then APIs and Webhooks. Choose the period (up to 90 days), then click Connect JustCall.
After connecting
- The card shows the connection's status: Active, Paused, Reconnect required or Error.
- Past calls import in the background, then new calls arrive as they happen. To import an earlier period later, use the call history card on the same page.
- Call handling settings decide how calls reach your records: screen pop, linking calls to records with the same number, creating people for unknown callers, recordings. Owners and admins can change them.
- For Ringover and JustCall, map each member to their provider user in the user mapping section, so they can place calls.
Good to know
- A workspace uses one provider at a time. While one is active, the other cards read You can only connect one provider at a time.
- To disconnect, point at the card, click Disconnect and confirm. Calls stop syncing; calls already in Breakcold stay.
- RingCentral, CloudTalk and Dialpad show Coming soon and can't be connected yet.
