Which phone and dialer integrations does Breakcold support?
Updated October 19, 2026
Breakcold works with three phone providers: Aircall, Ringover and JustCall. Breakcold has no phone line, dialer or SMS of its own: you need an account with one of these providers, connected in Settings → Calling.
| Provider | You connect with | Call history you can import |
|---|---|---|
| Aircall | API ID and API token | Up to the last 12 months |
| Ringover | API key and data region | Up to the last 12 months |
| JustCall | API key and API secret | Up to the last 90 days |
What a connection gives you
- Your calls in Breakcold. Past calls for the period you choose, then new calls as they happen, on the Calling page in the sidebar.
- Calls on records. A call is linked to the record with the same phone number and shows on its Phone calls tab.
- Click-to-call. Click a phone number in Breakcold to call it with your provider's dialer, which stays in a corner of the app.
- Screen pop. The matching record opens when an inbound call starts ringing.
- Recordings you can play in Breakcold. JustCall also sends transcripts when your JustCall plan includes its AI features.
- Aircall only: save a note and tags back to Aircall from a call. You can also turn on Push contacts to Aircall to create the Aircall contact when a call is linked to a person.
Coming soon
RingCentral, CloudTalk and Dialpad are on the Calling settings page with a Coming soon badge. They can't be connected yet.
Good to know
- A workspace uses one provider at a time.
- Owners, admins and managers can connect a provider. Members can place calls. Viewers can see calls but not place them.
- Ringover and JustCall ask an admin to map each member to their provider user before that member can call.
