Can I get a refund?
Updated October 19, 2026
Refunds follow the refund policy of our Services agreement. Canceling and asking for a refund are two different things: canceling only stops the next renewal.
What can be refunded
| Payment | Refund |
|---|---|
| First monthly payment | Only if you request it on the first day of your subscription, for example if you subscribed by mistake |
| Monthly renewal | No refund because you forgot to cancel |
| First quarterly or annual payment | Within the first 30 days: we keep one full month at the standard monthly price ($99, without discount) and refund the rest |
| Quarterly or annual renewal | Within 2 days of the renewal, with the same calculation: one month at the standard monthly price is kept, the rest is refunded |
After these deadlines, payments aren't refunded under this policy.
How to ask for a refund
Email support@breakcold.com with your organization and the payment concerned. The date you send the email counts for the deadline, not the date we reply. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
Good to know
- During the free trial nothing is charged: cancel before it ends and you pay nothing. See How to cancel your free trial.
- When you change your billing period or remove seats, connected accounts or workspaces, the unused part of what you paid becomes a Proration credit, taken off what you pay next. It isn't paid back to your card.
- Canceling keeps your access until the end of the period you paid for. See How to cancel your subscription.
- If you buy as a consumer, your legal rights (such as the 14-day withdrawal right in the EU) apply on top of this policy.
