How do I change my name, profile picture or timezone?

Your name and picture are how your teammates see you across Breakcold. Your timezone sets the times you see. All three are on your Preferences page, and none of them needs a save button.

Step by step

1. Open your Preferences. To change your name, edit Full Name, then click anywhere outside the field: it saves on its own.

2. To change your picture, click your avatar next to Profile Picture and choose an image (JPG, PNG or GIF, up to 5 MB). It's saved as soon as it uploads.

3. To change your timezone, click Timezone and pick your city. It's saved as soon as you pick it.

Good to know

• Full Name can't be empty and holds up to 100 characters.
• Remove Avatar appears once you have a picture. It brings back your initials.
• Until you pick a timezone, Breakcold uses your computer's. The Detected timezone line under the list shows which one that is.
• The timezone list shows main cities by region (Americas, Europe, Asia, Pacific, Africa). If yours isn't there, pick a city with the same time.
• Your timezone is used for meeting times on your calendar, the time of scheduled messages, and the time Karen prepares your follow-ups. It's also shown in the menu under your name.
• These settings belong to you only. Each teammate sets their own.
