Good to know
- AI costs are ranges: a longer text or a more complex request uses a bit more.
- Enrichment costs tokens only when it finds the data.
- Recording a meeting needs at least 17.5 tokens (15 minutes) in the balance to start; it is billed by its real length.
- API and MCP requests cost tokens only when they succeed.
- Importing, exporting, the inbox, tasks and everything else in the CRM cost no tokens.
