How do I turn on Auto Top-Up?

Auto Top-Up buys tokens for you when your balance gets low, so enrichment, recordings and AI features never stop. Tokens bought this way never expire.
Step by step
- Open Settings, then Usage and Billing. Under Auto Top-Up, turn on Automatic refills.
- Set Refill trigger (the balance that starts a refill), Refill size (how many tokens each refill adds) and Monthly safety limit (the most refills per month). The sentence above the fields sums it up.
- Click Save changes.
Good to know
- Example: with a trigger of 10, a size of 500 and a limit of 10, Breakcold adds 500 tokens ($5) each time your balance drops below 10, at most 10 times a month.
- Top-ups this month shows how many refills ran against your limit. Once the limit is reached, refills stop until the next month.
- A refill needs a default card on your billing account. To check or change it, open Manage Billing: see How to get my invoices.
- To stop, turn off Automatic refills and click Save changes.
