Where do I see my past imports?
Updated October 19, 2026
Import history lists every CSV import of the workspace, finished or not. It isn't in the Settings menu: you reach it from the Records settings.
Step by step
- Open Settings, then Records, and click Import history above the list of objects.
- Each import shows its Date, File and who ran it, the Object, its Status and its Counts. Click an import to open it.
Good to know
- Counts shows the total rows and how many were created, updated, skipped and failed.
- Status says where the import is, for example completed, failed or canceled. An import you left before starting it shows Draft as its date: click it to pick up where you stopped.
- Opening a finished import shows its Run import step, with the message of each row. Filter it on failed rows to see what went wrong.
- The More actions menu (⋮, shown when you point at a row) offers Cancel import while it runs, and Delete for drafts, failed and canceled imports. Delete only removes the import from this list: the records it created stay. A completed import can't be deleted from the list.
- On the Run import step, Pause import stops a running import. Continue remaining rows picks up a paused or failed import, and Map columns, Review values and Behavior let you change its settings first.
- The Breakcold v1 migration card at the top of the page is for moving a Breakcold v1 organization to v2, not for CSV files.
